Terms of Service

The Skaiwalk website (the “Site”) and Skaiwalk products are operated by 行空科技股份有限公司 (Tax ID 93603408), a company registered in Taiwan, Republic of China (“Skaiwalk”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at jacklin@skaiwalk.com.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to disrupt or interfere with the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or reverse-engineer any part of it. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

We describe and picture our products as accurately as we can, but minor variations in colour, finish, or specification may occur. Placing an order is an offer to buy; our confirmation email acknowledges that we received it, not that we have accepted it.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, there was a pricing or description error, we suspect fraud, or we cannot ship to your location. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Because our acquiring bank settles in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD), your card is charged the TWD equivalent at the exchange rate shown at checkout. The converted TWD figure shown on the Pay button is the amount actually charged.

Your card issuer may apply its own currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fee, which is outside our control. Prices may change over time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price that applies to it.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees levied by the destination country. These are charged on arrival and are your responsibility as the importer; we cannot calculate or predict them in advance.

Payments are processed by TapPay, which supports credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Card details are entered into TapPay’s secure, PCI-DSS-compliant fields and are never stored on or transmitted through our own servers. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

We ship internationally, with free worldwide shipping, using couriers including SF Express. Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address — we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

You have a 7-day inspection period, and we offer a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from accident, misuse, or normal wear. Full conditions are in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Your statutory consumer rights under applicable law are not affected.

Any Skaiwalk software or companion application is licensed to you for personal use with your device, not sold. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law. We may provide updates from time to time to keep it working and secure.

All content on the Site — including text, designs, images, logos, and the marks “Skaiwalk” and “Always In Reach” — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

The Site is provided on a commercially reasonable, “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or rights you have under consumer-protection law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Site or place orders after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Taiwan. This does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you live.
