How do payments work? Can I cancel anytime?
Secure credit-card checkout via TapPay — your card number never touches our servers. Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of your paid period.
What happens if I go over my limits?
AI usage is currently counted only by input, output, and cache-read tokens—not by message count. Free and Pro have different token allowances shared by every device signed into the same account.
How do I upgrade to Pro on iOS?
Upgrade here on the website or in the desktop app. After payment, signing in to the iOS app with the same Skaiwalk account unlocks Pro automatically.
Is the free plan enough?
Free includes the core app, connecting and controlling your signed-in devices, Actions, and Memos. Pro includes the same features plus additional AI token usage.
