Returns & Exchanges

Inspection period

You have a 7-day inspection period (including holidays) from the day your order arrives. To request a return, email our support team within 7 days with:

Return conditions

Returned items must be free of human-caused damage, soiling, or malfunction, and must include the complete original packaging (outer box, accessories, warranty card). Otherwise we cannot accept the return.

Trying the product during the inspection period is fine — as long as it comes back undamaged and complete, you can return it.

Exchanges

We replace items with the same model only when the product is defective or arrives damaged. To request an exchange, email jacklin@skaiwalk.com and our team will arrange the return shipment.

When we can’t accept a return

To complete a return, you must provide proof of purchase (order number or e-invoice).

Refunds

Refunds cover the purchase price of the returned item only and do not include the original shipping fee or other handling charges. Skaiwalk covers the international return shipping.

If the order included a free gift and the remaining total after the return falls below the gift threshold, the gift must be returned in brand-new condition together with the item; otherwise its retail value will be deducted from the refund (treated as a purchase).

How refunds are issued

Credit card / Apple Pay / Google Pay: once your return is confirmed, the amount is refunded to the original card. The time to post depends on your issuing bank, typically 1–2 billing cycles.
