Request account and data deletion

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your Skaiwalk account and associated data, email jacklin@skaiwalk.com with the subject “Skaiwalk account deletion request”. Please send the request from the email address associated with your Skaiwalk account when possible.

If we need to verify that you are the account owner, we may ask for additional information before completing the request. You do not need to make a purchase to request deletion.

Data we delete

When your deletion request is verified, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your Skaiwalk account, including where applicable:

  • account profile data, such as your name, email address, and account settings;
  • login identifiers, authentication records, and active sessions;
  • cloud sync data and content stored for your account;
  • device data linked to your account, such as registered device identifiers and app preferences;
  • support data that is no longer needed to handle your request.

Data we may retain

Some records may be retained where required or permitted by law, or where needed for legitimate business, payment, fraud-prevention, or security purposes. This may include:

  • payment, subscription, invoice, tax, accounting, refund, and chargeback records;
  • fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, and security logs;
  • records needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

When we retain this type of information, we limit access to it and keep it only for as long as necessary for the purpose described above.

Timing

We aim to complete verified account and data deletion requests within 30 days. If a request is complex or we are legally required to retain certain records, we will let you know when possible.

如何申請刪除

如需刪除您的 Skaiwalk 帳號與相關資料,請以帳號使用的 Email 來信 jacklin@skaiwalk.com,主旨請寫「Skaiwalk account deletion request」。

如果需要確認您是帳號持有人,我們可能會要求補充資料後再處理。您不需要購買商品也可以申請刪除。

我們會刪除的資料

驗證完成後,我們會刪除或匿名化與您的 Skaiwalk 帳號相關的個人資料,包含適用情況下的:

  • 帳號個人資料,例如姓名、電子郵件與帳號設定;
  • 登入識別、驗證紀錄與有效登入狀態;
  • 帳號的雲端同步資料與內容;
  • 連結到帳號的裝置資料,例如已註冊裝置識別碼與 App 偏好設定;
  • 處理申請後不再需要的客服紀錄。

我們可能保留的資料

基於法規要求或允許,或為了必要的商業、付款、反詐欺與安全目的,我們可能保留部分紀錄,包括:

  • 付款、訂閱、發票、稅務、會計、退款與爭議款項紀錄;
  • 防詐騙、防濫用與安全紀錄;
  • 為遵循法律義務、解決爭議或執行協議所需的紀錄。

如需保留上述資料,我們會限制存取權限,並僅在必要期間內保存。

處理時間

已驗證的帳號與資料刪除申請,我們目標在 30 天內完成。如果申請較複雜,或我們依法必須保留部分紀錄,我們會在可行時通知您。
